What Causes Fatigue And Shortness Of Breath?
Question: I'm having extreme fatigue and shortness of breath. I've been sleeping like 14 hours and just can't seem to wake up, I can hear the dogs trying to wake me or tv on but I can't seem to wake up. When I do get up my legs are really weak and my hips are so painful so are my arms and back. It hurts to just hold up my head it feels so heavy. I check my blood sugar and it is ok I haven't checked my blood pressure . I'm on new blood pressure medicine Benicar HCT 40mg/25 am and Bystolic 10mg. pm and also for diabetis Invokana 200mg. am and clonazepam o.5mg at bedtime for sleep. I'm just so weak I can hardly walk and all I want to do is lie down and sleep. It gets worse each day Help??

3./any history of dry eyes or dry mouth
4. Any history of weight loss

Well the symptoms you have described, does fit into Chronic Pain syndrome or Fibromyalgia. It is a syndrome which is accompanied with pain and fatigue spread all over the body. All the test results come out normal and there is no evidence seen on examination, which I suppose you have been through already.
Also you need to get vitamin D supplements in your diet which will help relieve the fatigue. You should consult a rheumatologist once and start some medications for the same. You can read about the disease once and see if your symptoms fit into it.
