Question: My 3 year old has had a decreased appetite, fatigue, upper abdomen bloating, decreased appetite, and diarrhea for 4 days now with no fever and threw up 2 nights ago what could be wrong and what can I do for him

Your child seems to have an indigestion. You need to:
* Give him ORS (oral rehydration solution) to make up for the fluid and salt lost due to passage of loose stools.
* Give him Ondansetron syrup if required, if he has vomiting.
* Be patient, it will soon be fine again. Antibiotics are not required.
* Give him leafy vegetables with diet.
* Regular vigorous play activity for at least one hour per day everyday is essential.
