What Causes Fatigue, Cramps And Spotting After Sexual Intercourse?
Question: I had a laporoscopic salpingectomy on Decmeber 12th. I had intercourse on XXXXXXX 3rd, I had spotting and bleeding on XXXXXXX 8th till like the 12th. After that I haven't had a period. I've been having pain on my left side where my tube was removed from. Could I be pregnant or could their be something worse? I've been cramping and tired. My period is also 3 weeks late.
Brief Answer:
urine pregnancy test advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, I understand your anxiety related to the issue.
Periods at times get irregular after surgery due to the effect of stress but still to be on safer side do a urine pregnancy test and see for the result.
In case negative just wait for periods but if positive then we will need to get bHCG test done.
Waiting for your response

I took a urine pregnancy test at home last week it was negative. I was suppose to get my menstrual on Feb 6th. My left lower abdominal hurts a lot. For the past 2 weeks it feels like my period is about to start but never start. My left side hurts a lot. Sorry I keep repeating myself
Brief Answer:
repeat pregnancy test
Detailed Answer:
It is common to have bloating in missed periods due to water retention.
Just repeat the pregnancy test and in case negative then take tablet norethisterone 5 mg thrice a day for 3 days and then you will get your periods in 2-5 days.
All the best
