Hello XXXX
I really appreciate your concern for Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Looking at your detailed description and reports you have uploads, this is suggestive of collection of fat in Liver.
At an early stage it's a reversible condition with life style modification and certain drugs, so you need not to worry.
I would like further informationto help you better
dose he consume liquors , if yes than how much daily and since how long?
Since how long he is having all the symptoms you have mentioned about?
Is there any complaints of loss of appetite or vomiting or pain in abdomen?
Fatty liver with slightly elevated liver enzyme is suggestive of inflammation/injury of the liver
Please revert back to me with my answers, I will definitely help you in best possible way
Regards

He stopped consuming liquor 5-6 years back.
Symptoms like getting tired easily, bloated stomach, somewhat yellowish skin & eyes, feeling fever sometimes & pain in abdomen rarely are there from past 3-4 weeks.
Also, he is diabetic from last 5 years, but with the help of healthy diet, regular exercise and one ayurvedic tablet (named ’D-Fit’) daily, he has kept it in control.
Kindly revert.
Please consider these explanation
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
Looking at detailed history his symptoms are pointing towards liver disease or acid peptic disease
Since he is diabetic I would like know about his latest blood sugar level and HbA1c test if it has ordered earlier and what all medicines he is taking?
Bloating and pain in abdomen can be caused by acid peptic disease due to stomach hyperacidity or Aerophagia (swallowing of air) or may be due to inadequate control of diabetes.
Serum bilirubin is within normal range so in my opinion he needs to examined physically for yellowish discoloration of skin and eyes (jaundice) and fever.
D fit is a ayurvedic which claims to reduce blood sugar but I am not sure about its efficacy.
I would advise him to take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or rabeprazole with antacids for 7 to 10 days with avoidance of fatty fried and spicy food.
He should take more of whole grain food with steamed vegetables with diet restrictions.
Hope this addresses your question please revert back to me if anything is not clear.
Best wishes
