Brief Answer:
likely new onset infections not related to allergic response

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

These new symptoms are not likely due to the sting since they are not typically allergic (swelling, rash with hives, difficulty breathing).

These symptoms are likely related to a new onset infection- cold or flu. Bacterial infection of the ear would need to ruled out by assessment from a doctor.
With the cough cold/flu , ear pain can sometimes occur with no infection of the ear itself but the only way to determine this would be examination of the ear if the ear pain symptom does not resolve with pain killers .

Vomiting can occur with acute viral illness or with ear infections.

Treatment: (1) rest and fluids
(2)pain killers / medication for fever- paracetamol or ibuprofen
(3)if other cough and cold symptoms develop then treatment with over the counter cough and cold meds would help

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
