Brief Answer:
no specific symptom
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
fatigue, aches and low grade fever are pretty common symptoms. Many infections start with these symptoms - and some of them never develop more. Based solely on statistics, this is probably a mild viral infection. If you develop more symptoms or the symptoms you have now get worse in the next hours/days (high fever for example) or if the symptoms don't get better after 2-3 days then you'd better visit the doctor. Otherwise paracetamol (acetminophen) should help with the fever and aches.
Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
