What Causes Fatigue, Hives, Intermittent Dry Rashes And Joints Pain In Hands?

Question: I hello,
Recently I've had some blood work done with my annual physical. I've had symptoms for years and my PCP has not been able to pinpoint what's causing them.
Symptoms include: fatigue, sensitivity to cold (hives), dry skin with rashes at times, feeling like I am feverish, excessive weight gain and weight loss, currently I am severely overweight, and joint pain especially in my hands, fluid retention.
I've had CBC PLT Diff, complete metabolic, lipid, UA and micro, TSH done.

Brief Answer:
Sub clinical hypothyroidism
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Labs are within normal limit. But the clinical features are suggestive of under active thyroid(secondary hypothyroidism) I.e issue in the central axis (pituitary-thyroid-ovarian axis)..Endocrinologist opinion is advisable and you might need thyroid supplementation(I.e 50mcg to start with) and remove your stress factors.
Hope this helps.Reply back if any doubt's.
Take care and wish you good health
