Question: My feet are flat... if I stand for long time then my feet will be tired.. if I try to do XXXXXXX walk some times normal walk then I get pain one or other place in feet... what is the solution to avoid this pain

Hi,

Normally the bones of feet are arched. But in some people this arch is lost giving rise to flat feet. You mentioned that your feet are flat. Is the diagnosis confirmed on X-ray's by orthopedician. If yes, then it could be directly causing pain in your feet. This can be treated by using specialised foot wears along with braces. Your orthopedic doctor will know about it.
