Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.
Let me recapitalize your health problems:
- having fatigue, malaise and general aching for about one week: they are signs of possible viral infection
- with regards to constipation, I need to have a few more details: did you have no bowel movement (bm) during this week? are you having gas? bloating? nausea?
Possible causes to constipation could be related to foods you might be consuming during these days and lack of water (as you have been diagnosed with dehydration).
If you feel the need to have a bm and cannot have one, you can use anal enema to induce/ease bm.
- dehydration is another cause to feeling tired and dizzy. I usually recommend my patients to consume more water with ORS and see if symptoms will improve.
- you have had an aortic aneurysm repair in Feb; if I was your caring doctor would ensure that everything is ok with your heart, so I;d recommend a further consultation with cardiologist. Furthermore, get your blood pressure (bp) monitored, record the results to see if there are drastic/slight oscillations in bp such as hypertension or hypotension that could explain your actual symptoms.
I also recommend to take more rest and keep hydrated for a few more days until you see your physician for further evaluation.
Wish fast recovery!
