1) Poor nutrition / Vitamin deficiencies
2) Stress.. mental and physical
3) Lack of Sleep

If the stress is the problem. We need to look into meditation and yoga, they help the most in younger patients.
Now, from a more medical perspective, if you hair is falling out in patches or your scalp is very itchy.. then you might have an infection or other skin issue causing the hair fall. This would need to be examined in person by a dermatologist.
Lastly, How much sleep are you getting on a daily basis? You may not believe this, but in your age group, the body need AT THE MINIMUM 7-8 hours of sleep DAILY! Are you getting this amount?
