Posted on Mon, 28 Jul 2014
Question: I have had extreme fatigue and facial hand and feet swelling for 10 months now. I had a partial hysterectomy last year and I haven't felt right since. I have also had swollen glands for the past month. Any ideas of what it might be?

Brief Answer:
get investigated and evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
You seem to be suffering of a chronic illness. The problem most likely seems to be of infective in nature.
The swelling at face and limbs might be due to Low Serum Albumin levels. Another cause for such swelling may be poor Cardiac function.
You should get a Complete blood counts, Renal function test, Liver function test, Urine routine, Xray Chest and Ultrasound whole abdomen.
Get a physical examination by a local physician of your locality and try to get the final diagnosis and manage accordingly.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
