Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The fatty mass in the leg that disappears on stretching the leg can be due to a tear in the muscle which causes the muscle mass to bulge out on relaxation. It can be due to a tear in the fascia or a torn muscle sheath.
Another reason can be leg splints. This usually results from overuse. Repeated movements of the foot can cause damage where the muscles attach to the bone. Soon the edge of the muscles may begin to pull away from the bone. The injured muscle and the bone covering (the periosteum) become inflamed.
A direct examination is necessary for proper diagnosis.
I advise you to-
1. Take rest. It plays a key role in decreasing pain and inflammation.

2. Stop doing the activity that caused the problem, at least until their symptoms are under control.

3. Apply cold packs and take anti-inflammatory medications like Motrin to calm pain and inflammation.

I hope this answers your query.

Brief Answer:
Vitamin D3 supplements will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Pains in hands and legs on muscle stretches are often found in vitamin D and magnesium deficiency.

I suggest you to consult an endocrinologist and get prescribed vitamin D and magnesium supplements. Your symptoms should improve with that. Also eat magnesium rich foods like bananas, beans, chickpeas, fish, nuts, soybeans, spinach etc which are natural sources of magnesium.

Regarding vitamin D levels, you need to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D. But these should be taken only after getting your vitamin D levels checked.

Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Need supplements.

Detailed Answer:
This can be due to the mineral deficiency that you are having. You can also start the Vitamin B12 supplements which will not harm you even if you are not deficient.
I would advise that you support your body with good hydration, adequate sleep, a well-balanced diet and a moderate exercise regimen. Exercise is actually good for the immune system which is why I suggest it here. In addition you can supplement your diet with some Vitamin C - 1000 mg daily and consider drinking some immune boost type of tea such as Echinacea which is readily available at most supermarkets.

Brief Answer:
1500 mcg of Vitamin B12 is needed daily.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
You need both multivitamin and multimineral combination with at least 1500 mcg of methylcobalamin- Vitamin B12 supplement daily. You can also take calcium and Vitamin D3 supplement in addition to this.
The feeling of coldness is due to lack of vitamin B 12.
Regards.
