What Causes Feeling Dizziness After Using Telecast For Cold And Cough?

extreme cold slow adaptation/salbutamol.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,
If the baby was ok with monticope and seroflo-50 then why it requires to change the drugs with out well explained reason. Until unless there was some failure/serious side effect of medicine.
Monticope and telekast L both are same medicines.
Except the inhaler with little difference. might be not exactly suiting him. Because the salbutamol group medicines/over doses may cause such symptoms like tremors, anxiety, palpitations, vertigo etc to some.
Other possibility-Extreme cold conditions may lead to dizziness because of poor and delayed adaptation to cold.
Protect him from extreme cold.
some medicines like vertin may be also used to reduce such symptoms.
Hope the query is explained.
Please feel free for further clarification.
Thanks

First of all i want state that , here in Ukraine now is no cold at all,Temperature here is 25 Degree, and it is perfect .There is green everywhere,so think enough oxygen. As per as Inhaler is concern,Sir what do u suggest to do now,do we stop inhaler instantly and use vertin instead or As prescribed by doctor to reduce it step by step.
Sir one more thing i have forgotten to tell that her Mother is a asmatic and using inhaler sereflo 250 two puff daily along with Viznil tablet once daily. So there can be tendency for her also, but she never had problem of breathing or any relating asmatic, she has been prascribed sereflo and monticope 2 years back because one night she was having cold and ccontinious cough,i dont know is it really required at present or we can wait and see .I can understand that because
her mother is a asthama petient she has a chance too,but can we slowly reduce or stop taking the inhaler and check, whether she really needs it or not.My main concern now is her rotation of head very slowly ?
1.Sir What do u prescribe now to Do?
leave inhaler and use vertin or parallelly use both.
2.Do u think that any other test is required to confirm the problem.or it is the Inhaler for the reason of head rotation?
Sir please treat the matter urgent and suggest.I am very much thankfull for your hospitality and quick response.
Regards

vertin is for only dizziness.
Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
clarification-->Vertin is prescribed only for the dizziness not the replacement of inhaler.
Single episode of nocturnal cough/maternal history of asthma--> In my opinion it was too early to start the seroflo inhaler.
Child might have been treated in the line of allergic bronchitis (RTI).
RTI with some nocturnal cough are quite common with small children,
Often these episodes of RTI can take place 6 to 12 times in a year.
At present it is quite difficult without examining the child that inhalers to be removed or not.
Presently continue the same treatment. Because abruptly withdrawing them may show some rebound phenomenon.
Let the child to be examined by the pediatrician to guide you in reasonable way.
Vertin was only prescribed for the vertigo/ head rotation episodes which to be given for 4 to 5 days only till the symptoms subside.
Hope the query is answered.
Please feel free for the further clarification.
Thanks
