What Causes Feeling Heaviness In Eyelids?
Question: Hi, my brother suddenly feels heaviness in his eye lids and remains for long time. After this condition he feels that he is not able to concentrate in his studies.it can happen any time.Even after good sleep.

Hello,
When you say that your brother develops this symptoms anytime randomly and even after good sleep: this rules out myasthenia or exertion induced fatigue as the reason behind this.
Now, the important point is that your brother cant study after-- this indicates that it might have something to do with study or may be a particular subject..Is that so ?? Please check.
The random coming of this symptom also almost rules out his vison issues (as vision problem will create problem just after some working everytime).: this you can also confirm by visiting an opthalmologost for vision testing.
The query dosent mention the duration of the problem which is helpful in finding the cause.
Does he suffer (or you have a family history of high blood pressure or diabetes?) has high BP or diabetes? If yes: then this should be controlled as these too can lead to similar presentation.If you donot know his BP status or sugar levels - do get them checked.
