Hello Eason XXXXXXX
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. Your kicking movements could be unrelated to pregnancy, because kicking movements are never seen in early pregnancy, it is usually seen at 4th month of pregnancy, ALWAYS URINE PREGNANCY TEST IS POSITIVE when kicking movements are felt. And moreover you have already undergone tubectomy.
So considering all these you are unlikely to be pregnant. Your symptoms could be due to excessive bowel movements, which might feel like fetal kicking movements.
If you are still concerned then you can get a pelvic examination done by an OBGY specialist and scan will clear all your doubts.
Please ask if you have more questions. If you are satisfied, please make sure that your ACCEPT my answer so that I receive credit. Good luck!!

Hello XXXXXXX
I apologize for the late response; I was away from my computer due to unavoidable reasons.
Coming back to your question, your symptoms seems like you are having PID i.e pelvic inflammatory disease. As your urine pregnancy test is negative and considering your other symptoms like leaking, irregular periods points towards pelvic infection.
What I suggest you is get a clinical examination by any OBGY specilalist, you should also undergo PAP smear, thyroid function tests, serum prolactin level and a scan to find out the exact pathology. Even thyroid abnormalities and high prolactin levels can present with similar complaints.
Kindly do not worry, a scan of abdomen and pelvis will almost diagnose if there is any problem or not.
Please ask if you have more questions. If you are satisfied, please make sure that your ACCEPT my answer so that I receive credit. Good luck!!
