Explained in detail

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

Your concern is appreciated

There are many conditions that can cause feeling cold
Firstly in elderly population they are more prone to hypothermia so that should be taken care of and women are more prone to feel cold because they are better in conserving heat to core of body then men leaving hands and feet at colder temperatures
Insomnia is reason for that because not getting enough sleep can seriously effect hypothalamus where temperature centre is situated , dehydration as wih less water body is more sensitive to temperature changes, having anemia can also cause it which may be due to iron or vitamin B 12 in the diet.
Hypothyroidism , diabetes , blood vessel disorders in which flow to hands and feets are reduced like arteriosclerosis , blood clotting disorder , raynauds disease.
Anorexia , problem with hypothalamus general poor health chronic sever illness
These can all cause this.
