Question: Lump in throat feeling with nausea for 2 weeks no heartburn though
Have hashimotos take .88 mg of thyroid meds ,had levels checked 3 weeks ago and are fine
What can this be?

There is a condition, Pharyngolaryngeal reflux which is due the acid eructation, but does not produce a heart burn. In this condition people may have a feeling of lump in the throat, nausea, hoarseness of voice and asthma when the reflux is severe.
