Brief Answer:
I still think Neurologist and MRI evaluations are necessary.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back and thanks for asking me directly.
To continue our last conversation, and since both CT scans ruled out any sinuses conditions that may cause your symptoms, I still think that you need to see a Neurologist.
Besides this, magnetic resonance imaging of brain and vessels (MRI/MRA and intravenous contrast medium) are necessary to evaluate/exclude any intracranial vascular or other lesions pathology.
Tinnitus or ringing/noise in ear(s), could be also a benign condition, age related, if above mentioned conditions will be excluded.
Hope I helped you.
Wishing you good health.
