Brief Answer: Post Traumatic concussion Syndrome. Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern. Post Injury Concussion syndrome can persist up to 6 months depending on the extent and severity of the injury. Give me following details: 1. Following head trauma did you get unconscious? 2. Did you have any Ear, Nose, Bleed? 3. Any history of seizure? 4. Any CT/MRI done at that time? Also, a blood pressure of 130/84 mmHg is perfect at this age and doesn't require any treatment. Reply with the answers of the questions i have asked for a better help. This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any query you may please ask me. Stay Healthy.
