What Causes Fever Along With Hypertension?
Needs evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Helll Sir
After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that although stress can be the reason of increase in blood pressure and heart rate but it usually doesn't cause fever.
Considering your age group it's advisable that you should get an EKG and Echocardiography done and monitor your blood pressure regularly and if it stays beyond 150/90 mmhg then you need to start with some antihypertensive medication like Amlodipine.
For fever we need to find out the underlying cause and for that few blood test and physical examination will be required, so it's advisable that you should personally consult your doctor for evaluation and advice.
I hope this information will be helpful.
Kind regards
