Question : Thurs night i got chills vomited and a fever now i have red blotches on my lower right leg that are warm and hurt.

When i lower leg to ground it hurts.

It needs to be differentiated what is the cause of infection as the treatment varies entirely. I would advise you to get the following tests done and revert back with reports.

Complete Hemogram, IgM Typhi dot, Dengue Profile, Weil XXXXXXX test,

Also it would be very helpful if you could upload the picture of skin lesions so that i could see it and opine better.
