Question: I just gave my 5 yr okd motrin for 102 fever. She threw up within a couple minutes. Can I give it to her again?

if child has vomited the motrin immediately after giving the medicine then the medicine should be repeated. If child has vomited after a gap of 20 minutes then there is no need to repeat the medicine.

medicine should not be given immediately after giving food or food should not be given immediately after giving medicine. Both these conditions can lead to vomiting in small children.
