Brief Answer:
Montoux test is ok...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
1. Some test results are significant while few are not. Your doctors have excluded
typhoid and
mononucleosis with those tests results.
2. The tuberculin units injected into is most likely got absorbed after injected. If the units was injected intradermaly and not subcutaneously, then you need not be worried. Generally if the injection was given intradermaly, one will see a bleb forming immediately; it can get rapidly absorbed. So if you had an initial bled during injection it was most likely injected correctly. If there is a doubt that it wasn't given rightly, you can repeat the tests.
3. HEV
IgG reactive indicates you had a past
Hepatitis E infection and you are protected against it.
4. Besides this you also have fatty deposits in your
liver. Though this is not worrisome, I strongly recommend that you work with a gastroenterologist to make sure it remains stable.

hepatosplenomegaly may be related to G6PD. Please discuss with your treating physician.
In all, presence of
