What Causes Fever, Cough, Vomiting And Shortness Of Breath?

Question: I have been sick for about three weeks on and off. I started with a fever and cough, then just a terrible cough and then coughing and vomiting. I felt better all week but just now I have thrown up again. When I throw up I cannot breathe and it is so terrible. I went to Urgent Care a week ago, and wasn't given a diagnosis, just prescribed antibiotics and antihistamine cough pills. I feel like I shouldn't still be sick!
Brief Answer:
Require investigations

Hello
Welcome to Healthcare Magic
I have gone through your history and understand your concern. You requires lab investigations like CBC, Sputum examination, absolute eosinophil count and a Chest X-ray.
This will help us to make proper diagnosis for further treatment. Someof the viral infections and allergic manifestation can persist for longer duration of time.
For the present symptoms continue antihistamines and mucinex which will help to control the symptoms.
Thank you.
