Brief Answer:
Possible UTI.Antibiotics are a must
Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXXXXX
I can certainly understand your concerns.
I have worked through your attached reports.
This seems to Acute Nephritic syndrome. The possibility of urinary tract infection is very high.
This require an early institution of antibiotic therapy.
I generally prescribe oral pills of GUDCEF CV one Tab twice a day for 5 days. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.
In case if he does not respond to antibiotics, then ultrasound abdomen and urine culture/sensitivity ate required.
This is not a serious problem if properly diagnosed and treated.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
