What Causes Fever, Oral Thrush, Swollen Tender Lymph Nodes And Burning Feet?
Question: I have multiple Tests everything inculde EBV, CMV, and HIV; All negative. Persisting fever, oral thrush, tinder swollen lymhnodes under armpit, neck, groin, Hot burning sensation in feet. Diarrehia etc. I cant sleep in nights since so much feversh in body.
I went to almost 4-5 different doctors and everybody doing same tests and nothing have been found yet.
I hope you guys atleast help

Hi Sir,
I understand your query and concern.
As per the symptoms you probably seem to have Oro pharyngeal candidiasis which is directly responsible for the symptoms.
I advise you to get Complete blood picture,Differential count,Nitro-blue tetrazolium test and Immunoglobulin test to rule out any immunological deficiencies(neutrophil abnormality).
Meanwhile I advise you to take Tab.Itraconazole 200 mg thrice daily for 3 days followed by 200 mg once daily for 3 months.
Please consult your doctor with regard to above medication.

I did every test you specified above .. And all came normal.
I went to ID specialist they say that it's not fungal infection.
But I am sure that is thrush, every evening or morning it formed to thick white layer if brush in the morning again it form by evening.
I tired go to dr and test for hiv tests and wait for its result. I feeling die.
In first ten months I test for 8 hiv antibody and RNA tests and all came negative..
Then I stopped testing
I don't know where should I go and tested
I m isolated and worried toomuch about my life.

But how or where this thrush come from??
Is thrush transferred to me via oral sex??
Or it is because of I have weekend immune system??
Do you know my wife is also experiencing same symptoms like low grade fever, burning hands and feet with lots of heat and swollen lymphnodes but she doesn't have thrush. Her sysmptoms has been started after sex with me.
So do you still think I have fungul infection?? Or do I need to find the actual cause as fever, lymphnodes are persisting and for long time 16 months.
