What Causes Fever, Rashes On The Arms, Decreased Appetite, Nausea And Diarrhea?

Question: My wife has some interesting symptoms. Were both nurses. We just returned from the Caribbean August 11th. Her symptoms are fever 99.7 to 101.7 rash both arms, we thought it was an allergic reaction to bacitracin used for a severe case of UTI which has now subsided but even after a week of discontinued use she still has the rash, discribed as blotchy with slight itch. She also has a decreased appetite with nausea and diarrhea.

I do have a photograph of rash which was downloaded to earlier request. Also to add to symptoms was vitals 107/78 p 117 temp at this time was 99.9

It is looking like viral exanthem.
Just give symptomatic treatment.
You can use acetaminophen tablet and for rash use desonide lotion twice daily for a week.
