A routine treatment would involve any combination of antibiotics, painkillers and anti histamine. Your doctor will know about this. Now coming to the low counts and Hb..... Though I need the values but I will assume that it's only mild. If that's the case then needto just cure the infection and the blood levels will improve. If it's too less then you need to consult a hematologist and investigate further. The treatment will also include supplements either oral or by parenteral routes. The lump if it persists beyond a fortnight has to be investigated by either needle cytology, scan and by endoscopy. But this is only if he does not get better which is rare. It is essentially normal with Hemoglobin at 10.6 and red blood cells at 4.3. Although this is slightly on the lower limit of normal, it is nothing to be concerned or worried about.
