What Causes Few Drops Of Semen Discharge While Defecating?

Question: I'm a 26 year old man & my problem is that 3-4 drops of semen comes out when go for motion, especially when i give some pressure. I don't know whether this is usual/unusual. Is there any way to stop this? I started masturbated from my age of 16 and then i stopped it. Please help me.
