What Causes Firm Deep Pimple On Buttocks Oozing Smelly Discharge?

probably a perianal abscess
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.
I understand your concern.
From your description, it looks like a perianal abscess. Initially it can start as a small lesion but as you have mentioned now its size has increased, symptoms have also occurred. There is also presence of bad odoured pus.
If such a patient came to me i would ask him to undergo a course of antibiotic like coamoxyclav for 5 days. For pain, mild painkillers would be suggested. If it doesnot help, incision and drainage of the abscess needs to be done. Cleanliness and hygiene of the abscess site needs to be maintained too.
If you can send a picture of the abscess it would be more helpful.
Hope this was useful.
Consult me for further queries.
Regards.

Start antibiotics; visit a doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
From your description, it seems like a chronic abscess. Probably, the infection has persisted since the beginning till now. However, there is not much pus now, nor there is excruciating pain. This goes in favour of chronic abscess. I would suggest antibiotics and visit to a doctor, preferably a general surgeon.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
