What Causes Flank Pain When Diagnosed With Kidney Stones?

Stones in the urinary tract unless proves otherwise.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Noted the history of dull pain in left side, not back and annoying for the last 3 days. There is no fever or vomiting.
Since there is a history of kidney stones, the commonest cause can be an impacted stone causing hydronephrosis which in turn can cause the pain you have explained.
Another reasons can be colitis or so.
I would advise you the simple investigations of :
Blood for CBC, Sugar, urea and creatinine.
Urine Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
X-ray of the abdomen for KUB (Kidney, ureter and bladder) and an ultrasonography.
Clinical evaluation, examination and investigations will give the reasons for your symptoms and a plan for further treatment as per the findings.
I hope this answer helps you for an early and proper diagnosis and a plan for correct treatment.
Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you need to or if you fell that there is a gap of communication.
