Brief Answer:
Suggestive of acidity related stomach upset.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I appreciate your concern for the stomach upset following multiple course of antibiotics resulting in pain, burping and inability to pass flatus.

This seems to be due to acidity related stomach upset caused by multiple course of antibioitics.

I advise you to take a proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole along with Domperidone once daily for at least 4-6 weeks. This combined medicine will not only suppress the stomach acid production but also help in getting relief from the burbing, chest heaviness, and inability to pass flatus.

Besides this, avoid having hot and spicy foods, smoking, coffee, alcohol, etc.
Eat home cooked soft food, curd rice, plenty of oral fluids, fruits, etc.

Hope to have answered your query.
