What Causes Flatulence With Bad Odour?

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
How long has this problem been going on for you? Do you have any ongoing digestive problems? And when did you last move your bowels?
If you are moving your bowels regularly, then an enema is probably not going to help. However, if you have been constipated, a stool softener or other laxative to move your bowels may help as when the feces sits in the intestines too long, the bacteria there can start to add more sulfates which can make the stool, and gas, more smelly.
Some foods which contain higher amounts of sulfur can increase the sulfury smell of flatulence.
Bad odor to bowel gas can be from malabsorption, indigestion, and abnormalities in the balance of the normal bacteria that live there, such as after an antibiotic. Probiotics may help that.
