I have taken some.pictures but I can't seem.to find a way of attaching them. I'm 21 year old male. They are soft to the touch. They just feel like excess skin. Like a skin tag. I've had a small.amount of blood after wiping a number of times in the last couple.of months. If it is a Pile/wart do they need treating.or do they just fade with time?

Please use this.

Feeling of excessive skin and small amount of blood on wiping is more suggestive of piles ( Hemorrhoids).
In either of cases you may need an active treatment. They may not fade with time.
