What Causes Fluctuating BP, Breathlessness, Fainting Spells And Excessive Sweating?

Question: I am experiencing fluctuating blood pressure, difficulty catching my breath, fainting spells and excessive sweating - not due to heat. I am also having difficulty urinating. I had a recent cardiology work up. Is there something else it could be?
