What Causes Fluctuating BP, Weakness, Acidity, Dizziness And Gas?
We are unable to understand reason for his fluctuating BP, he is a non - smoker/ drinker and eats healthy food with very low salt.He also complains of generalized weakness, gas and acidity, dizziness at times, pain and heat in backside of his head.
Have consulted many doctors and all say there is no problem in any of his reports.
I suspect his metabolism/ digestion is not proper, develops gas etc.. and is thus feeling weak, low energy levels etc.
Kindly help / suggest what to do so that he regains general fitness/ increase in energy level and BP becomes stable/ normal.
Please upload the reports and consider these guidelines

Hello
I really appreciate your concern for your father
Looking at the description, reason for fluctuations in his BP might be related to doxolin which at times can cause paroxysmal spasm and irregular heart rhythm.
Here I would like more information to guide you better
Since how long he is taking Amlovas 5 mg
Please upload me all the reports which may help me to reach at conclusive diagnosis
Does he complaint about shortness of breath or chest pain?
As far as weakness and other symptoms are concerned which might be related to his age or poor nutritional status.
His BP needs to kept under control at this age, get an ECG or echocardiography for proper assessment of the heart function.
For gas and acidity i would advise you to give him pantoprazole or omeprazole with ant acids for 10 to 15 days.
Give him lots of fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
Add some food supplements or multivitamin as he is very weak
If it doesn't improve then you should take him to.a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy.
His ECG etc have come normal. Specific reports as advised will be uploaded/ kindly specify.
Blood sugar and an ultrasound to rule out prostate disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
Get his blood sugar tested and TMT test to rule out diabetes as well as heart disease
Frequent urination might be related to Benign prostate hyperplasia( BPH), diabetes or urine infection
Since I can't physically examine him to get more clues so I would advise you to consult a general physician for thorough clinical examination and above mentioned investigations
Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
Could his High BP, weakness, fatigue, tingling feeling in legs be higher due to low hemoglobin level.
What is your advise for such patients to normalize. He had been taking iron supplements for about 3 weeks as his hemoglobin had come low in earlier CBC count as well.
Medicines advised by his doctor Doxolin & Aerocort for Asthama. Amlovas 5 and Revas 50 for BP control, Dexorange and Folvite Tab for Hemoglobin and Rabetac - D for gas. Revas 50, Hemoglobin medicines, Rabetac added after this finding.
Your Advise is eagerly Awaited.
Thanks a lot for your guidance and focussed guidance,
Green leafy vegetables and organ meat
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your reply
His hemoglobin level is low which may be responsible factor for his most of the symptoms like tingling sensation or fatigue and weakness.
In my opinion He should continue with all the medicines as advised by his doctor.
Apart from folvite and dexorange I would advise him to have lots of green leafy vegetables like spinach, whole grains, meat like organ meat as liver, beans or soayabeans.
get an Peripheral blood smear test to look for morphology and abnormal red cells.
