Question: i am XXXX age 36 .there are fluctuations in bp, my mind isrunning, hands are shivering little bit ,fear, guide me

The description of your clinical condition indicates toward anxiety disorder which can cause all symptoms. Your current treatment can help partially but it is not permanent form of treatment.

In such conditions most preferred are SSRI group of medications which includes fluoxetine escitalopram, sertraline or paroxetine.

Secondly about treatment once anxietyis cured a decosion can be made about further treatment.

can u recommend me ssri with dosage . i have made all tests
my t3 is 1.19 t4 is 10.45 my tsh is 1.06, my trigliserides are 182mg/dl hdl is 47mg/dl
serum cholestrol is 204mg/dl.. plz advice me about my blood report

I have seen your blood test results which are almost within normal range except slight deviation in lipid profile. There is need of reapiting your lipid profile after three months from a good standard lab.

Regarding your query about dosage of SSRI it depends on the physical fatures of the patoent and clinical profile. For example sertraline can be used from 25 mg to 200 mg per day.
You need to visit a doctor in person to take the prescription of suitable dose for you.
