What Causes Fluctuations In My Blood Sugar Levels?

Question: Why is my morning reading so high, even though I was fasting. It read 133 mg/dl, but 92 two hours after eating lunch.

Thank you, several of my morning reading have come out between 105 to 119, except for the one that was 133.

Please, a one time out of range value is no problem. These are machines and we are human and not always perfect. If they were consistently out of range, then we would have known there is something to be very concerned about.
