Question: my blood platelets fluctuate between 350 and 431.can you explain why?

Inflammation occurs as result in infection, trauma, irritation or inflamed in an area.
When your body experiences any of these then the platelet count may rise slightly and go above the normal value.
It should return to normal or close to the normal range when the inflammatory source has resolved.
The normal range is 150 to 400 though some labs may have a slight variation on this.
