Brief Answer:
Leave shampoo/fresh shower on scalp for 10 mts
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
It does appear this is some form of seborrheic dermatitis.
Is there a lot of stress associated with you nowadays?
have you changed any shampoos/body products or sweat excessively nowadays?
In either case, do shower using a product from the sebamed group called Fresh Shower that can be used on the body/scalp.
In addition, do use a lotion called Clop-S at night daily 6-8 drops on scalp & leave on for a week.
Good Luck & trust this will help sort your issues out. Cheers!

Olive oil is known to aggravate eczemas so I would not advocate it at this point.
