Small bumps with clear fluid inside it may be due to scabies infestation. Scabies is an infestation of itchmite that burrows in to the layers of skin and causes fluid filled small eruptions. It also causes itch. Do you have itching sensation at genitals, groin and/or finger web spaces. If yes then it goes more towards this illness.

You may need to be prescribed permethrin cream and an antiallergic tablet.

Detailed Answer:
If your symptoms are as I decribed earlier, then you may need to be prescribed permethrin cream/gamma BHC lotion to apply all over the body below neck and leave it for whole day and night. You may repeat the application on third day.
Tab levocetrizine 5mg may be prescribed twice a day for controlling itching.
At the same time your cloths should be washed in hot water, sundried and ironed with hot press to kill the mite.

You should avoid sharing your bed/cloths.


The itch mite may harbour at skin or your clothings.
Cross infection from other family members may occur, hen e all members staying together should go for therapy at a time.
