Brief Answer:
Stop the medication

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting the query.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

Cartia is known to cause derangements in electrolytes and fluid imbalance in the body.Though this does not happen in all people, but it is known to cause such symptoms in a few people who are allergic to the medicine.

I would suggest you to stop the medicine immediately and consult the doctor who had prescribed it to you.
Drink plenty of water, preferably lime water with small amount of sugar in it.
Electral powder can be taken through water to normalise the electrolytes in blood.

If symptoms do not improve, you should get the serum electrolytes (sodium, potassium and calcium) checked in blood.

I hope the answer was useful to you.

Let me know if you have any other doubts about the answer.

Thank you.

Best wishes.
