Brief Answer:
Possible acid reflux;schedule upper endoscopy...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your symptoms carefully and can say that they are indicative for possible acid reflux.
I advise to:
- consult with Gastroenterologist and schedule upper endoscopy for further evaluations
- avoid oily/spicy/chilly/fried foods
- sleep with 2 pillows to ease symptoms at night
- take antacids after meals, especially after dinner. If it not improving your symptoms, can use Ranitidine (you can find it without prescription).
- have your meals regularly, eat often and small portions
- have your dinner at least 4 hours before bedtime
Hope it helped!
