Brief Answer:
Need some more info to find the cause, or at least narrow it down

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. There are many causes for such a presentation, and so I would like to ask a few more questions to better understand what is causing this for you. They are:

+Are you on any medications? If yes, please let me know which ones. Also, if at all you took any medications before such a presentation
+Did you go about any physically strenuous activities some time prior to the presentation?
+Are you under any stress, if yes then please let me know what the score would be on a scale of 0 to 5; 0 being absolutely nothing and 5 being extremely stressed
+Are you anxious or depressed?
+Gastrointestinal abnormalities (please look for any symptoms like heartburn, belching, abdominal bloating, bitter taste in mouth due to regurgitation of food or liquid into the mouth, etc.)
+Disorder of nerves controlling the diaphragm
and a few other causes.

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Could be the diaphragm nerves or stress causing this

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

The fluttering is nothing serious and could just be due to the nerves in the diaphragm region that are responding or rather recovering from the surgery, and the presentation should subside in a few days time.

Another possibility in my opinion could also be stress, anxiety or even depression. If your symptoms do continue, meet your doctor and request for a CT abdomen. If the CT scan returns a completely normal result, then you may want to meet a psychiatrist to help you to cope with or deal with the stress you are experiencing.

Please also do not ever hesitate to write to me for any help, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
