Question: Fluttering under right rib cage,just had complete physical ,it's not painful,Doesn't happen all the time

I am so sorry to hear about this fluttering feeling. The most common cause of this symptom is fear or anxiety. I will like that you observe this and try to see what are the various factors that provoke these symptoms. This way, we can tell whether they are caused by anxiety or fear. It is unlikely to be explained by a heart disease and more so because of the recent physical that as completely normal. Its location and nature makes it less likely to be a heart related symptom. For now, i recommend that you monitor only and report any changes, if at all, to me.
