This symptoms started today.
intermittent
yes, even with one eye closed
no watering from eyes
no pain anywhere.
Yes, I feel like the responses to my commands are slowly done.
I feel like I don't advance much towards what i'm working on.

Your foggy vision is either due to problems in your eyes or abnormalities in your blood pressure or side effect of certain medication.
Also the slowness in your actions could also be due to side effects of certain neurological or psychiatric medication.
I advise you to get your eyes tested , get your blood pressure checked and revert back to me .
If you are on any kind of medication or if you are doing drugs kindly let me know.
