Brief Answer:
Possible anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Greetings and welcome to HCM. I understand your concern and thank you for your question.

Well, in a 29 year old female, it is the highest probability that no pathological process is happening.

All the symptoms you referred are atypical and do not relate to each-other. However, I can see this is a very concerning event to you, so I would recommend you two simple tests, related to the heart, to exclude the heart as the origin of the symptoms: an EKG, to evaluate the electrical system of the heart; and an echo cardiogram - to assess the heart structures by means of structure, motility, function.

The main suspicion, according to all the information I have, which you provided, is that you have anxious and panic attacks. I would recommend you to see a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist, since the symptoms, age and other factors do not correlate with a pathological disease.

I hope I was helpful. Feel free to ask follow-up questions, as I would be happy to help,

Kindest regards,
Dr. Meriton
