More details..

It's is not painful as such for in penis when I masturbate.. just uncomfortable feeling.. it has been like this as long as I can remember I was thinking it could be a tight foreskin or something similar

Further to our discussion I would like to know whether you are able to retract your foreskin completely over glans penis or not?

If you are unable to retract it completely , the discomfort that you have is mostly due to what is called as Phimosis .

However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist .If it turns out to be positive(Phimosis) you will need to get circumcised .

This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.

Hi yes.. I can retract it, but I notice that as the penis grows it seems to become more comfortable. I would not say it is pain just mild discomfort

Is there anything that can help loosen it.. I have read steroid cream can help

Thanks for follow up.Using steroid cream or any other cream may cause injury to foreskin resulting into scarring and thickening of foreskin that will cause more discomfort .
