You can use Macrolide group of antibiotics like azithromycin & locally active Neosporin ointment, which are going to be prescribed by your doctor. To remove infected mucous from nose you will also need Steam Inhalation & Saline nasal drop or spray. In case of excess mucous you can use Antihistaminic like levocetirizine.
