Brief Answer:
Most likely due to food poisoning

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have gone through the details and do understand your concern.
With history of altered consistency and frequency of stool which is foul smelling my provisional diagnosis would be food poisoning.
I would like to give her some antibiotic like combination of ofloxacin with ornidazole (oflamac oz syrup) and some probiotic(like bifilac or enterogermina to maintain the normal gut flora)with zinc syrup. These are prescription medicine so please get it prescribed by a physician.

Give her plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.Continue feeds as usual.Avoid junk food, carbonated drinks and chocolates .
Watch for decreased urinary output, increased stool frequency, vomiting, excessive irritability or poor feeding and if you find any abnormality consult your pediatrician immediately.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Wishing for your baby's speedy recovery.
Regards

It's already 7:30 PM and she has had semi solid motion only two times so far. However, she is having indigestion and passing winds full of smell. I am planning to take her to a paediatrician tomorrow morning. Do you suggest any medicine for now before I take her to doctor? We have given her domstol approx 4.5 cc before lunch. We can give the probiotic medicine as suggested by you if that is ok. In that case please suggest the dose.

Brief Answer:
details below

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back

Dose of ofloxacin is 10-15 mg / kg / day,in 2 divided dosage.
The syrup comes in a strength of 100mg/5 ml (don't use the strength of 50 mg/5 ml)of ofloxacin. Based on the dose of ofloxacin the combination of ofloxacin/ornidazole syrup (like oflamac oz) for 22 kg child will be 7.5 ml twice a day.
You can give 1 XXXXXXX of probiotic (bifilac/prowel) twice a day.
Similarly zinc syrup can be given 5 ml once a day.
You can give 5 ml of domstal(equivalent to 2 mg) two to three times a day depending on the severity.

All these are prescription medications and can be purchased after showing a prescription of medical practitioner so please get it prescribed.

Thanks and regards
